Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial management and business development.

Duties:

- Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and budgeting
- Analyze the company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements
- Manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
- Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience as a Vice President of Finance or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, profit loss statements, GAAP, IAS, fiscal management, accrual accounting, risk management, and financial concepts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex financial information into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Business development skills to drive revenue growth and profitability

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
